It looks like an aerial photo to me, with a line of trees sticking out from the lower right edge. But I can't imagine what could be so colorful on the ground - a crayon plantation?
It could be a false-color image except the trees are the right color.
I'm trying to come up with an alternative guess, but I don't have one.
