I never really been tempted to Twitter but I may have to get an account now that a new report has come out outlining how social activists and terrorists might use Twitter. The entire report is posted here Federation of American Scientists.
From the report: They may be, “utilising the social networking tool Twitter to organise attacks,” and "Twitter has also become a social activism tool for socialists, human rights groups, communists, vegetarians, anarchists, religious communities, atheists, political enthusiasts, hacktivists and others to communicate with each other and to send messages to broader audiences."
